Shortly after 1845 (not shown on the 1845 Ordnance Survey). Included largely
for town-planning reasons, as they form part of a circus around the Upper
Lighthouse. Red brick. Pitched slate roof. 2 storeys. Band. Quadrant-shaped
plan towards lighthouse. 5 ranges of sashes towards circus, 5 to Pharos Street.
Doors of Nos 1, 5, 7 and 9 have stucco Tuscan frames with blocking courses.
