(Corner of Friar Lane). Mid C18. Red brick. Slate hipped roof. Heavy
moulded wood eaves cornice. Three storeys. Two windows, sashes mostly
restored, with glazing bars. Modern door of C18 design with shouldered
moulded architrave and cornice. Three storey five window frontage to
Friar Lane, segmental brick arches, sashes with glazing bars in flush
casing, cills, band at first and second floor levels.

Nos 2 to 8 (even) form a group also the Friar Street elevation of No 2
forms a group with No 17, 19 to 23(odd), 25 and 27 Friar Lane.
