Two buildings under continuous roof. Early C19 to late C18, 2-storey
attics, brick, slate roof; 5 windows, frames, glazing bars; bay window
to right glazing bars and moulded cornice; carriageway on extreme right
with semi-elliptical arch been made into an extra room.

Westgate Hall, and Nos. 1 to l3 (consec) forma group.
