roof of old slates with 2 gabled dormers, casements. 2 windows, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars under chamfered wood lintels. Modern door. A small house, '
in attractive situation with stone terrace to front.

Nos 1, 2, King's Mill, No 5 and Former STables to King's Mill form a group.
