Mausoleum at The Priory

Early C19 Gothick. One storey in stucco on brick. Moulded cornice and crenellated
parapet between end finials. End buttresses. Dripmould with mask terminals
to double doors with design of ousped lancets, stained glass. Other elevations
have 2 windows, part stained glass. Interior has Gothick iron fireplace and
memorial column to John Espin. Built and occupied by Thomas Espin, who died
in 1852. Originally built as a summer-house.
The Priory, Ruins and Mausoleum form a group.
