TF 08 SW SPRIDLINGTON

2/69 Elms Farm House

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with minor C20 addition. Coursed squared
limestone rubble with brick dressings, pantile roof with 2 brick
gable stacks. T-plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front with garret.
Central half glazed door with bordered overlight and wooden
panelled reveals, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first
floor 3 further glazing bar sashes. All openings have brick
segmental heads with keyblocks. In front of the door is a C20
glazed porch. Included for group value only.
