1906, by Harrison and Ward. Symmetrical red brick facade with stone dressings
and flanking arch to yard with oriel window over; 3 storeys; 3 bays width
to main building. Ground floor composed of wide flat stuccoed arches. Arched
heads to first floor windows. Two shaped Dutch gables, altered.
