Probably late C17. Timber framed building of similar appearance to No 46. Ground
storey with sash window flanked by doorway under pentice roof - partly old. 2
carved posts at entrance perhaps C17. Large, irregular rear wing, partly rendered
and partly boarded. Nos 46 and 47 belong to a type of building once common in
London but now very rare.
