offices with public house to ground floor. C1870. Painted stone or stucco. Slated mansard four storeys and dormers. Three main bays wide in corner site. Curved corner with coupled columns and segmental pediment to windows. Triple windows to returns, divided by Corinthian columns entrance to right of right hand return. Balustraded parapet and segmental pedimented dormers to roof. Later C20 pub front to ground floor. of no interest.
