Late C18. 3 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Stock brick with stone coped
parapet. Angles slightly set back. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars in stucco-lined reveals. Ground floor right window lost bars.
One-storey left entrance extension has door of 4 fielded and 2 beaded panels,
with patterned radial fanlight, in round, gauged brick arch with key block and
impost blocks.

Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
