Substantial early C19 house, one of a pair of which the other is so much altered
as not to be of special interest. Three storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock
brick with stone-coped parapet and stone impost string to arcaded ground floor.
Stuccoed basement. Sash windows with glazing bars under gauged brick arches,
round on ground floor. Five steps, with cast iron handrails, to door of 4 fielded
and 2 beaded panels, with engaged quasi-composite columns, needed head and patterned
fanlight. Later C19 left extension in similar style but of 4 storeys' height.
