Former well house, now residence. 1798. Brown brick. Domed cement roof.
Octagonal. 3 storeys; 1 window to each storey on each face, remaining blind on
alternate faces, the other apertures opened up to form sashed windows in 1975 when
the building was converted into a house. Brick bands between storeys. Square
headed panelled door. To rear C20 extension, in keeping.
