dressings. Ground floor rusticated. 3 storeys, 4 windows, eastern 2 recessed.
Pedimented 1st floor windows. Important corner position at entrance to Victoria Park.

The Victoria Veneer Mills and Nos 236 to 256 (even), 274 to 302 (even), The
Crown Hotel, The Royal Cricketers Public House, form a group with the Lodge
at Crown Gate West, Victoria Park.
