Terrace house. c.1753. Brown brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and
basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to right with rectangular fanlight
in architrave case with cornice on consoles. Revealed sashes, no glazing
bars, under flat gauged arches. Band cornice over 2nd floor, parapet
with coping. Early C19 cast iron balconettes to 1st floor windows.
Wrought iron area railings with flambé torch finials. Interior retains
cut string, wrought iron baluster, staircase, cornice mouldings and
restrained plasterwork to ceilings etc.
