Terrace house. Mid to late C18. Brown brick, slate roof with rusticated stuccoed
ground floor. Four storeys, basement and dormered mansard. Three windows. Plat band
and sill band to first floor; moulded cornice beneath parapet with coping. Round
headed doorway to left with side lights and fanlight. Revealed sashes under flat
gauged arches. c.1800 cast iron balcony to first floor. Wrought iron area railings
with scroll mounted lamp holders.
