Terraced town house. Mid to late C18 house rebuilt by Clough Williams-Ellis in 1924.
Brown brick with amber brick parapet, slate roof. Three storeys, basement and dormered
mansard attic. Six windows, revealed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches.
Doorway with rectangular fanlight, flanked by stucco pilasters and with a projecting
cornice. Cast iron balcony to first floor.
