Laithe house. Mid to late C18. Dressed stone with stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays with 3-bay barn to left. 3-
light windows with flat mullions; entrance with plain
surround. 2 gable-end stacks to house. Stone-coped brick
garden wall. Barn has ventilation slits and altered door.
Small entance to right. Lean-to extension to left return.
Right return has 2-light window and blocked window and
entrance. Rear similar.
