Dated '1737', but probably a remodelling of earlier fabric; and altered later. Sym-
metrical. Painted stone. 2 storeys. 2 wide and wide-spaced sash windows. Sign
panel over door. Flush quoins to corners and to all openings; stepped key over door.
Stone gutter. Slate roof. Datestone over rear door perhaps reads '1662'. Rear-
wing stable, probably C18 is of hand-made red brick with stone gables and corner
stones and stone slab roof. Later, taller 2-window 2-storey extension of rubble
to left is not of special interest.
