The following building was de-listed on 26th June 1996.


20/169 Cardinal Godfrey
High School

House, now part of school, 1830s. Stucco with hipped slate
roof. 2 storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band
and top frieze and cornice. End bays have large recessed
areas containing windows. Ground floor windows are later;
wide casement windows with flat architraves. 1st floor
windows have architraves and casements. Central entrance has
Doric porch; with Ionic entablature. Plain iron area
railings and stone gate piers. 2 stucco stacks. Later
extensions to both sides.
