House. Probably about 1840s. Brick with stone dressings,
slate roof. 2 storeys and 3 bays. Boxed eaves. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Central 1st
floor window has consoled cornice with segmental top.
Entrance has architrave and consoled cornice; complete
overlight. Wooden verandah. Left return to street of 2 bays
under gable with cornice and bargeboards. Blind windows with
segmental tops. Attached screen wall of stone. Central
entrance has flanking panelled pilasters with gabled finials
and gable between, flanked by round-headed recesses with
angle pilasters, end piers.
