4 houses. 1901. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick
base, tile roof. One storey with attic, 4 bays; 1st bay
recessed with lateral stack. Band over ground floor.
Window have leaded casements. Ground floor has 2-storey
canted bay window of 5 lights to 2nd and 4th bays; 3rd bay
has 4-light rectangular bay window, the roof comes down over
it and forms canopies to flanking entrances. 3-light window
to 1st bay. 1st floor has gabled dormer to 1st bay; 4-light
gabled roof dormer to 3rd bay. Entrances have plank doors
and leaded lights. 2 cross-axial and one gable-end stacks.
Left return has half-canted oriel adjoining Nos. 37-45
Primrose Hill (q.v.). Rear similar, gabled dormers.
