1900, by T W F Newton and Cheattle. In An Arts and Crafts style. Brick and stone.
Three storeys plus basement; 3 bays, the outer 2 with broken segmental pediments.
Ground floor with central altered entrmce up steps and 2 broad shallow bow window
corbelled out over the basement, rising through let and 2nd floors and terminating
in almost Chinese ogee caps. Above the entrance a shallow stone bow window with
transom end then a stone storey with canted sides, 2-light window and elaborate cornice.
