Late C18. Red brick; 3 storeys; 3 windows with moulded segmental lintels
and moulded keyblocks. Modern bank frontage below. Moulded plaster cornice;
parapet (High Street elevation). The Foster Street elevation has a central
bay window tiered over 2 storeys on left hand.
