1867. Designed by James Forsyth, sculptor of the Perseus Fountain at Witley
Court, Worcestershire. Presented by the Earl of Dudley. Local stone. Flamboyant
Italian Renaissance style with much sculpture and bas-reliefs. Truimphal arch
motif crowned with central figure and flanking horses couchant.
