coped gables. 1 storey and attics, flush bonded quoins, plinth. Slightly recessed central and end bays. Windows, mainly sashes, with glazing bars in chamfered surrounds, 2 ground floor dripmoulds, central 1st floor canted oriel bay window. Included for group value.

Cottage adjoing Village Stores on east, Post Office, Village Stores, House adjoining Village Stores on west, House next to Village School and Village School form a group.
