C14 priest's quarters for the collegiate church of St John. Remodelled 1560 as a boys' hospital, later school. After school removed to Coundon Road, 1890, building used as offices for General Municipal Charities and governors of Bablake School.

Road front ashlar ground floor, oversailing timber framed first floor on wooden brackets and corbels. Tiled roof with two late C17 hipped casement dormers.
