Probably C18. Former granary. Flint and brick. Pantile roofs with gable ends;
2 storeys. The southernmost part has large modern garage opening on west side.
The northern part is partly roofless (brick dentil eaves) and has gabled end
facing road with modern oriel, and ground floor double doors; modern external
stairs to 1st floor door on east side; appears to have been used as a summerhouse.
Included for group value.
Boundary wall along The Quay adjoining north-west of outbuildings: flint cobbles;
probably C18; about 6 ft high, with modern gates. Included for group value.
