C18. At right angles to road. Whitewashed flint and brick. Steep pantile roof
with brick coping to gable ends. "F.H. 1760" depicted in black pantiles on roof.
Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. First floor 3 widely spaced 2-light casements.
Ground floor 3 sashes. Segmental-headed doorway. Brick chimney stack at each
end. At west end, wing of one bay, 2 storeys but lower roof with flat roofed
dormer; ground floor sash.
On south-west at right angles, adjoining house, now used as lavatories: early
C19; whitewashed flint and brick; steep black-glazed pantile roof with gabled
ends; 2 storeys; 2 bays; sashes with glazing bars; ground floor small modern
top-vent windows and central segmental-headed doorway.
