Early C19. Stuccoed. Black-glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. Wide
overhanging eaves with paired brackets; 2 storeys; 3 windows. Sashes without
glazing bars. Central pilastered doorway with entablature, panelled reveals
and panelled door.
