6/17 Painswhin House.


Farmhouse. Mid C18. Rendered brick with black glazed pantiled roof. Garden
front of 2 storeys and 3 bays. 2 ground and 3 first-floor sashes with glazing
bars. Part glazed door with pediment, C20. Moulded brick eaves, steeply
pitched hipped roof with 2 stacks. To south 2 storey wing, first-floor C20,
with one ground and 2 first-floor sashes with glazing bars, C20 door. At north
one and a half storey lean-to with one sash window with glazing bars. Outshut
rear and at north 2 storey and single storey cottage extensions.
