C16 hall house floored in C17. Timber-frame later faced in brick (painted),
roughcast at rear. Steep black glazed pantile roof with half hipped ends
with gables. West end is modern addition. Brick chimney stack off centre.
Two storeys. C19 casements with leaded panes. Plank door on left to cross
passage. Interior: Arch braces to the tiebeams, wind braces and stopped
chamfer ceiling beams.
