2/6 Elm Tree House.
House. Dated BE1866 on south wall, but fabric generally early C19. Red brick
with shallow pitched hipped pantile roof. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade of
three bays. Sashes with glazing bars; flat gauged arches over openings.
Narrower central first floor sash over doorway. Central doorway with panelled
architrave and cornice. Six panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Catslide
lean-to at rear with C19 and C20 casements. Included for group value.
