Circa 1857 by William Hull. 3 storeys on corner site. Red brick and stone with
rusticated strip pilasters to each storey. Entrance at rounded corner with Campbell
Square. 2 segmentally arched large windows to east, 3 to north. Welsh slated
roof with bracketed cornice. 1 ground floor window altered.

Victoria Street warehouse and Mansfield Warehouse, Newland, form a group.
