House. C17. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. L-shape plan.
Single storey with attic. Elevation abuting Laundry Road is a 2-window range of
C19 casements under wood lintels. Blocked fire window to far left. Brick and
stone stack at end. Right gable has similar casement windows, rear elevation is
similar with 2 plank doors under a rustic porch. Eaves dormer above porch.
Interior not inspected but noted as having open fireplace with bressumer.
