Late C18/early C19. 4 storeys. 2 windows. Painted brick with stone lintels.
Slate roof. Glazing bar sash windows. A 2 light window in centre of let floor.
Central part glazed door, flanked by 2 late C19 shop fronts with recessed doors
at sides, 4 fascia brackets on panelled pilasters. Considerable remains inside
of part the north wall arcade of St Mary's Church.

St Andrew's Church together with the listed buildings in the Market Place, form a group,
of which Nos 8, 10 and 16 are of local interest.
