16/102 South Farmhouse


Farmhouse with attached former byre, now part of house. C17 and early C19.
Random rubble with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof.

Early C19 house 2 storeys, 3 bays with C20 glazed door and 16-pane sashes.
Former byre to left has C20 door in C17 chamfered surround with flattened Tudor
arch; also C20 16-pane sashes.

Gabled roof with 2 stone end stacks.

Rear of house has C20 Georgian-style doorcase and early C19 16-pane sashes.
Rear of former byre has doorway with flattened Tudor arch.

Interior has one verv thick wall. Byre walls also thick.
