Former Toll House, now cottage. Early C19, with minor C20 alterations. Rubble with dressings; Welsh slate roof.
Two-room plan with entrance lobby. Single storey, 2 bays. Central renewed door flanked by C20 small-paned casements in old openings with slightly-projecting sills; all openings with tooled lintels. Hipped roof with central banded ridge stack.
Returns each show sash window, without glazing bars, set close to front wall.
C20 extension to rear not of interest.
