Picturesque bakehouse cum wash house. Early C19. Brick, pebbledashed, with slate roof. Single off-centre ridge stack. Single storey, three bays, with one canted end. Windows are glazing bar casements. Canted end has central door with hatch to left and single window to right. Left side has two doors, right side has three windows. Above, deep eaves forming verandah, with timber posts.
