House, now shop and dwelling. Dated 1714 to datestone at first floor right,
possibly incorporating earlier structure; C19 shop front. Brick plinth to
shop-cront; painted coursed-stone rubble; old plain-tile roof; brick end stack
to right, truncated brick ridge stack to left of centre. 2 storeys and attic;
5-window range. 6-panel part-glazed door to right of centre. C19 shop-front to
left and centre having central sash door and bay windows to left and right.
Plank door to left. 4-light wood mullion and transom window to right. 3.-light
casements to first floor left, centre, and right, 2-light casements to first
floor right of centre. C20 casement to original opening to first floor left of
centre. 2 gabled full dormers to left and right of centre. Interior: ground
floor opened up to form shop; chamfered spine beans to ground floor, First floor
not inspected.
