21/313 The Old Post Office


House. Mid/late C17. coursed limestone rubble; gabled thatch roof; stone left
end stack. 2-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Timber lintel over
C20 three-light casement, and hood mould over C17 four-light chamfered
stone-mullioned window; C20 two-light half-dormer casement. Illegible date
plaque to left. Similar 2-light mullioned window in right gable end. Interior
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
