Cottage. Late C18 or early C19 with later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed limestone rubble; concrete tile roof with rounded red brick coping to left gable end. 2-room plan. 2 storeys. Windows to left and right of central boarded door under open gabled timber porch, small leaded casements with concrete lintels to first floor and C19 casements with wood lintels to ground floor. Prominent stepped external end stack with stone base and red brick shaft to right and integral end stack with red brick shaft to left.

Interior. Not inspected but likely to be of interest. C20 addition to rear is not of special architectural interest.
