House. Early C19. Local stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide eaves overhang; central brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 2 bays. Plain 12-pane sash windows; on either side of lower windows recesses which resemble blocked
doorways, but plan discounts this; to East side an early C20 single-storey extension with 4-panel door under fanlight
and flat-roofed open porch; to right two casements, one of which has odd glazing - the 'hatch' in centre is a relic of
the village post-office formerly run here. An older cottage incorporated into rear; internally the house little
