Detached cottage. Late C17. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; double Roman concrete tiled roof between
stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in recesses to bay
1, 3-light above and 4-light below, the lower with label; remaining windows C20 chamfered-mullioned replacements, with
old label to lower bay 3; to lower bay 2 a moulded cambered-arched doorway with C20 door and open timber and tiled
porch. Long single-storey out building to match against east gable. Interior not seen.
