Former farmhouse. Possibly C16 origins. Ham stone rubble to South portion and North outhouse, ashlar in centre; thatch
between coped gables, with Welsh slate between coped gables to outhouse; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks.
2-room plan with through passage, added side room and granary wing, 2-storeys; 3-bay with extension. Hollow chamfer
mullioned windows with large leaded panes; 3-light with label to lower bay-1 and above a 2-light in moulded recess;
4-light with label lower bay-2 and above a 1-2-1 light angled oriel; 3-light to upper and lower bay-3, the latter with
label : C20 stone entrance porch between bays 2 and 3 with plain doorway. Extension has 1 bay of small pane C20
casements, and to North at mezzanine level a 2-light hollow chamfer window with mullion removed and without label.
Inside two end fireplaces with inglenooks, probably C17, one with bread oven; several deep chamfered beams.
