Detached house. Earlier C19. Ham stone ashlar, but with Flemish bond red brick facade having stone dressings; plain
clay tiled roof, undulating, between steeply pitched stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys with
attic, 2 bays. Horizontal-bar casement windows of earlier pattern, 2-light to bay 1 and 3-light to bay 2; all with
iron-framed opening lights and false louvred shutters, the lower windows having keystoned ashlar lintels: between bays
a C20 projecting porch with pitched tiled roof and plain boarded door. Against south gable a lean-to extension to
match, with 2-light window; the ashlar north gable has a 2-light window to each level, including attic. Interior not
