Cottage. Dated 1703. Rubble Doulting stone and stone slate roof with gables and stone copings and rebuilt rubble
stone end chimney stacks. 2-storey, 3-window front with central square-head chamfered stone door frame to entrance
with later 4-panel door. 2-light casement windows set in moulded stone mullions and dripmoulds, leaded lights.
Recessed date stone with incised lettering "1703". In left hand gable wall a protrusion suggesting an oven, and a
2-stage buttress.
