Cottage. C17, some C19 alterations. Coursed and squared rubble, 2 brick stacks, thatch. Two storeys, 3 bays, some
3-light casements, two 3-light moulded wooden mullioned windows to first floor, leaded lights, 16-pane flush mounted
sash window to left of ground floor, fixed 12-pane casement to extreme left. Door opening to centre, glazed door; all
ground floor openings with wooden lintols. Left return with C19 glazing incorporated when the building was a post
office. Interior with chamfered and stopped ceiling beams; fireplace with a broad wooden bressumer; C17 collar- beam
