House; now shop, office and house. Early C19. Coursed and squared red sandstone rubble, slate roof with wide eaves, low
end brick stacks. Three storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows, 9-pane sash windows to second floor, stepped voussoirs,
sill band at first floor level. C20 shop front to right of ground floor. Central door opening in a semi-circular headed
stone surround, fluted keystone, 6-panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars.
