House and former schoolroom undergoing conversion to
offices at time of resurvey. Late C18, schoolroom to
West of 1856. Red brick with dentilled eaves; clay
file roof. hipped to right, raised verge to left;
brick stacks. L-shaped; symmetrical. 2 storeys;
3 windows; glazing bar sashes with segmental heads and
raised key blocks; ground floor window to left is
tripartite, wide square head; 6 panelled door to left
flanked by plain pilasters with entablature including
dentilled cornice, semi-circular fan light. C19
gabled porch to left with block door, originally
entrance to schoolroom. C. Dunkley - Brewood Grammar
School (1936)
