C17. Timber frame with cement rendered brick infilling; 2 storeys, the upper
slightly overhanging on plain bressummer; wood casement windows (generally
renewed with modern leaded lights; 3 window front which has good exposed timber
framing with decorative motifs of balusters and barbed lozenges; plain doorway
with modern ledged door; plain eaves; tiles. Interior has some exposed ceiling
beams and panelling (not in situ).
